Important: For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be accepted.

We will then provide you with further instructions on how to send the product back.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days.
