Return Window

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The product has not been used.

  • The product is in its original packaging.

  • The packaging and the original quality of the product are undamaged.

⚠️ Important: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetics products.

 How to Process a Return

  1. Contact us via email and provide:

    • Order number

    • Product(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. We will get back to you with further instructions on how to ship the item back.

 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility.

  • If the item received was damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
